Farm Fresh Wine Dinner @ Roo Bar

6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Where: The Roo Bar, 285 Main Street, Falmouth

created by Executive Chef Chris Massi, paired with five fabulous wines.


  First, you will be greeted with a glass of Delhome ST. Vincent Muscadet from Loire Valley, France as you enjoy divine hours d'oeuvres including 

an Oyster Bar bursting with supple Sippewisset Oysters,

and an abundant Cheese Table featuring locally produced cheeses. 


During the first course you will be served a lavish local Artisan Green Salad drizzled with an all natural citrus vinaigrette accompanied by Domaine Huards "Pure" Cheverney Blanc from the Loire Valley, France.


The second course features a Free Range Chicken Breast served house made gnocchi and fresh locally grown spinach with a chicken demi glace.  This course will be paired with Cono Sur "68 Old Vine" Pinot Noir, from Colchagua, Chile.


The main dish, Pineland Farms Beef Sous Vide and grilled with 

Coonamessett Farms swiss chard and integral potatoes will be consorted with 

Justin Cabernet Savignon 2009, from Paso Robles, California.


Finally, indulge in sinfully rich homemade organic Chocolate Ice Cream paired with Justin Cabernet Savignon, 2007, from Paso Robles California.


RooBar Wine Dinners are $55 per person and reservations are required.
