Open House @ Creative Arts Center in Chatham

The Creative Arts Center in Chatham graciously invites the public to their Open House on Saturday May 5th, 10am- 4pm. The event will host several demonstrations throughout the day by faculty members; including oil painter, Maryalice Eizenberg, watercolorist, Robert Mesrop and acrylic painter, Odin Smith in the Main Gallery starting at 10 am, 12 noon, and 2 pm respectfully.  A Raku firing will be ongoing throughout the day in the back parking area conducted by faculty member Ron Dean.  A wheel thrown pottery demonstration will be held in the large pottery studio in the lower level by faculty member Susan Williams and a jewelry demonstration by instructor Terry Cetto in the jewelry studio. Students will be seen working all day throughout the educational facility.

The Red Doors at the Creative Arts Center will be wide open at 10 am to welcome the public, art enthusiasts, collectors, and potential students of all ages.  Tours of the facility will take place all day by our members and Board of Directors. On the first floor, visitors can view the very exciting Three-Dimensional Art Exhibition on display in the Somy and Bigelow Galleries. Refreshments will be served, and of course free of charge.
