Where: Cape Rep Indoor Theatre, north side Route 6A, E. Brewster
Cape Rep Theatre presents the world premiere of The Bottom of the Sky by local playwright Art Devine (author of 9-Ball and Winter Wheat).
In this compelling story of female aviators set in the United States between the World Wars, Art explores themes of race and gender with a smart, independent, and passionate protagonist, who "just wants to fly," challenging us to think about our country in a new way, through a tale that is provocative, funny, and wholly original.
Performances are May 3 -June 3, Thursdays through Saturdays at 8 pm, Sundays at 2 pm and Wednesday May 30th at 7 pm. There is no performance Sunday May 6th.
