The Shananagans have set the standard for spontaneous and energetic performances in diversified venues for the last 22 years.

The band is comprised of Tom Kennedy, Dick Lewis, and Joe Zajac, three accomplished musicians from the greater New Bedford area. They combine a varied background of musical influences which reflect in the versatility of their instrumentation: guitar, 5-string banjo, mandolin, bass, pennywhistle, harmonica, and bodhran.
