The Woods Hole Theater Company will perform "Rose", by Martin Sherman. "Rose" will be directed and performed by Lydia Sargent. Performances are August 8-11, 16-18 and 23-25, at the Woods Hole Community Hall, 68 Water Street, Woods Hole, starting at 8:00 PM. Reservations: 508-540-6525. Tickets are $15.00, half price opening night.
"Rose" is topical, covering the period from WWII in Poland to the 21st century in Miami Beach. Sad and powerful, but also incredibly funny.
